[Job Responsibility]
- Support daily operations of metallization pilot line, including running customers tests and operating analytical equipment, while ensuring facility maintenance and chemical management.
- Customer site support upon request.
- Develop methodologies that accelerate new product development and strengthen pilot line capability.
- Drive pilot line operations, including tasks like chemical blending and packaging, managing raw materials inventory, conducting plating tests, MHC tests, inspection analysis, etc.
- Provide cross-functional support to RD and CAT teams, including metrology alignment and new product developments.
- Support capital works that reinforce pilot line capabilities.
- Handle pilot line equipment maintenance and upkeep.
[Job Qualification]
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Major in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills, as well as the capability to contribute to the team's growth and development.
- Work diligently and care across operation and safety disciplines
- Strong communication skills, both within the team and when working with cross-functional teams
- Strong safety discipline and be committed to maintaining a safe working environment
- Amenable with multiple shifts (morning shift, noon shift)
