Job Description
- Responsible for contacting clients to collect KYC refresh information and document.
- To process and ensure KYC refresh comply with regulation required and policy required when process and accuracy updated in system.
- To process and ensure KYC information filing correctly and keep confidential and comply with regulation required.
- Response for handling Inbound / Outbound calls and follow up the action taken.
- To perform KYC servicing calls, whilst delivering the first- class customer service.
- Other duties as assigned by Leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Acts with initiative and responds constructively to guidance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to build rapport, acknowledge concerns, and demonstrate empathy toward customers.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage tasks independently.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to represent American Express professionally while reinforcing customer value.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to navigate internet tools for research and business purposes.
- Possesses general knowledge of banking or the credit card industry.
- Demonstrates integrity, patience, responsiveness, and a well-rounded professional demeanor.
- Flexible on rotating shifts based on operational needs.
