KYC Product Head - Remote

A fast-scaling global platform is looking for a senior KYC Product Leader to own onboarding, identity verification, and risk intelligence at scale.

You'll lead a team of 6–8 and have real ownership over global KYC strategy — not just execution.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end KYC/eKYC product strategy across global markets
• Onboarding conversion, verification pass rates, fraud detection, and operational efficiency
• Scalable onboarding journeys that balance compliance, UX, and growth
• Cross-functional partnerships across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Ops
• Evaluation and adoption of next-gen identity verification, AI risk tools, and automation
• Mentorship and leadership of a 6–8 person KYC/onboarding product team

What We're Looking For

• Proven KYC or onboarding product leadership from a crypto exchange, major fintech, or large-scale e-commerce platform
• Experience managing high-volume KYC systems at scale
• Strong grasp of AML, fraud prevention, and risk-based verification
• Track record improving STP rates, onboarding conversion, and fraud detection
• Prior people management experience
• Comfortable working with China-based stakeholders — Mandarin proficiency strongly preferred
