How Will You Make Your Mark

Implementation Delivery Advisory

Manager / Assistant Manager

  • Oversee IT project management activities and define effective implementation strategies
  • Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting timelines and outcomes
  • Lead or manage PMO teams and maintain oversight of vendor performance and alignment
  • Coordinate interdependencies across business, technical, deployment teams, and third parties

Senior Associate

  • Support PMO operations, governance, planning, and reporting
  • Maintain project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports
  • Track risks and issues affecting timelines and deliverables

Strategy Advisory

Manager / Assistant Manager

  • Facilitate requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and research
  • Develop and shape implementation strategies aligned to client objectives
  • Identify improvement opportunities to enhance strategic and operational performance
  • Lead workshops, client discussions, and advisory engagements end‑to‑end

Senior Associate

  • Support requirements gathering, workshops, and document reviews
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform recommendations and implementation plans
  • Assist in identifying value‑driven improvement opportunities
  • Provide structured documentation and analytical support during client engagements

Who We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Strong foundation in technology and IT, with experience supporting or delivering technology‑driven initiatives
  • Proven experience in large‑scale IT solution implementations or transformation programmes
  • Experience range:
  • Senior Associate: 3–6 years
  • Assistant Manager: 6–8 years
  • Manager: 8–10 years
  • ACCA qualification or experience with financial systems is highly valued and encouraged

Capabilities & Attributes

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
  • Solid grasp of project management fundamentals, methodologies, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to think critically to solve complex problems
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong team player with well‑developed interpersonal abilities

Language

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
