As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales numbers from the channel partners in your assigned territory, by strengthening the relationship with existing partners, developing new partners to grow the market, and enhancing their product knowledge to address customer requirements. You might coordinate with other sales, marketing and solution team members to facilitate your tasks.

You will: - Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories - Visit resellers and end customers on-site to understand their requirements and present suitable products and solutions - Develop and maintain relationship with key decision-makers - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs - Maintain and expand the channel database within assigned territories - Coordinate with marketing and support team to develop the market and ensure customer satisfaction - Collect customer feedback, industry trend and competitor activities from the market - Attend and present on events, trade shows, and networking meetings - Drive SQL generation through cold and warm calling while achieving targeted conversion rates
Requirements
You are expected to have: - Native Korean and fluent English writing and speaking abilities - Experience selling B2B IT solution - Knowledge of enterprise storage, cloud services, backup or video surveillance - Existing connection with IT channel or enterprise clients in Korea - Target oriented and self-motivated mindset - Good communication and consultative selling skills
