Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the growth of high-quality content in the international short video knowledge category, the growth and retention of creators, and the improvement of the consumption value of international short video knowledge content 2. Identify and deeply understand the demands of knowledge creators, and improve the quality and output of author content through formulating distribution strategies, author training, event planning, etc. 3. Master the operation methods that drive the growth of authors, and be able to locate the stuck points of author creation through data analysis and author research, and output targeted optimization strategies, and formulate strategies such as layered operation education and incentives 4. Work closely with operations, product, data analysis and other teams to drive the growth of high-quality content and authors, and enhance the influence of the category industry.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more experience in vertical content strategy & product operation, or heavy user of knowledge content 2. English is the main working language, with excellent cross-cultural understanding, communication and persuasion, organizational coordination and promotion capabilities, result-oriented 3. Excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills, strong resilience under pressure, sense of responsibility, able to focus on solving complex problems, long-termism 4. Have excellent content insight and data analysis capabilities, and be able to accurately analyze and understand overseas content ecology 5. Have an in-depth understanding of account security, network security, information security or technology, security and digital identity related fields 6. Candidates with experience in operational management and process optimization will be given priority.
