Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement customer plan to achieve the sales target and profitability in line with channel objectives.
  2. Manage the customer contract, DC operation, order/penalty negotiation and ensure weekly forecasting accuracy.
  3. Develop and implement the joint business plan (JBP)/annual business plan (ABP) with customers yearly.
  4. Manage trade spending and partner with brand marketing/trade marketing to develop and execute promotion plans to achieve target or shorten the gap if needed.
  5. Develop customer forecast and internal demand forecast based on promotion planning.
  6. Information collection on customer feedback and competitors trade activities.
  7. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  4. Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with EC platforms and internal teams.
  6. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  7. Experience in account management or sales, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  8. PSI forecasting & management skills

Qualification Requirements :

  2. Leadership and abilities to plan and execute
  3. Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with EC platforms and internal teams.
  5. Negotiation and people influencing skills
  6. P&L analysis skills

  1. University graduate of business management, marketing or equivalent
  2. 3+ years of experience in E-commerce and FMCG operations
  3. Experience in EC channel is a plus.
  4. Marketing or trade marketing experience is a plus
  5. Computer technique: Microsoft Office
  6. Proficient in English both in speaking and writing
