Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer plan to achieve the sales target and profitability in line with channel objectives.
- Manage the customer contract, DC operation, order/penalty negotiation and ensure weekly forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and implement the joint business plan (JBP)/annual business plan (ABP) with customers yearly.
- Manage trade spending and partner with brand marketing/trade marketing to develop and execute promotion plans to achieve target or shorten the gap if needed.
- Develop customer forecast and internal demand forecast based on promotion planning.
- Information collection on customer feedback and competitors trade activities.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

- Experience in account management or sales, preferably within the e-commerce industry.

- 3+ years of experience in E-commerce and FMCG operations
- Experience in EC channel is a plus.
- Marketing or trade marketing experience is a plus
- Computer technique: Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English both in speaking and writing
