Job Description

You will own key customer relationships, drive revenue expansion, and ensure execution excellence across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts across Greater China and Taiwan
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, margin, and category expansion
  • Lead commercial negotiations and annual business reviews
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities within existing accounts (experience managing Costco accounts is preferred)
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor sales performance, develop accurate forecasts, and maintain pipeline visibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales
  • Experience managing regional or national accounts in Greater China or Taiwan
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding key accounts
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in sales data and reporting tools
