You will own key customer relationships, drive revenue expansion, and ensure execution excellence across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts across Greater China and Taiwan
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, margin, and category expansion
- Lead commercial negotiations and annual business reviews
- Identify and unlock new business opportunities within existing accounts (experience managing Costco accounts is preferred)
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor sales performance, develop accurate forecasts, and maintain pipeline visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales
- Experience managing regional or national accounts in Greater China or Taiwan
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding key accounts
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in sales data and reporting tools
