Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Account Manager at Santen based in Taipei, with some work from home flexibility. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and implementing strategies to grow business, building strong relationships with key customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min. 5+ years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG/OTC/Healthcare
• Strong background in customer business development with national chain pharmacies or personal care channels is a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Market analysis and strategic planning abilities
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Mandarin and Taiwanse
