Job Summary

Manage sales and marketing activities to drive business growth by analyzing market trends, building customer relationships, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver tailored security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and forecasts to support business growth and strategic planning
  • Analyze market trends and generate regular sales and market analysis reports to inform management decisions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction
  • Service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct customer visits to assess technical needs and propose effective, customized solutions
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address client challenges and improve service delivery
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, goal orientation, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to support sales reporting and presentations
  • Diploma in any field or equivalent educational background
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduates with strong motivation
