Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Key account manager to join our growing team at Nordberg Medical in Taiwan. You will be responsible for driving sales and maintaining deep commercial relationships with key accounts and high-end clinics. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager (Taiwan), you will work with an entrepreneurial mindset to introduce our next-generation regenerative bioactivators to the market. This role is an individual contributor position focused on strategic growth and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Account Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract clients, ensuring high levels of trust and long-term cooperation.
  • Clinical Presentation Excellence: Deliver high-impact technical demonstrations and presentations for our regenerative bioactivator products.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the daily commercial activities of key accounts to ensure consistent product supply and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Insight Tracking: Monitor the competitive landscape of the aesthetic filler market to provide strategic feedback to the management team.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Work seamlessly with the Medical Affairs and Sales teams to drive successful clinical outcomes.

Skills and requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics field in Taiwan, ideally in aesthetic injectables.
  • Relationship Building: A proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel for business within Taiwan (around 50%).
  • Legal Status: Must have the right to live and work in Taiwan (Employment via local EOR).

Other Information

Our office is located at 15F, No. 168, Section 3, Nanjing East Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City. While this role primarily involves field-based activities and client visits throughout the region, regular presence at the office for team meetings and strategic reviews will be required.
