Key Account Manager – Marine Sales
Location: Taipei, Taiwan

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing marine customers and drive new business growth in Taiwan. You'll play a key role in managing key accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and pursue new customers through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM systems (e.g., Power BI)
- Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Technical, Customer Support, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Chemical Engineering background preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or marine industry
- Proven ability to meet sales targets (€4M+ independent sales experience)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and adaptability skills
Work Environment

- Engage with external clients including ship owners, ship management companies, and associates
- Balance customer-facing activities with internal coordination and reporting
