• Recommend improvements to exceed customer expectations, based on key metrics and operational standards.
• Identify new business opportunities, expanding offerings with existing and potential clients.
• Lead review sessions, refining strategies and enhancing the company's value proposition.
• Establish seamless communication and operational frameworks across teams and international counterparts.
• Drive service excellence through collaboration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee tenders and pricing strategies, delivering competitive solutions.
• Empower teams with expertise in management systems and best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Holds a university degree or equivalent qualification.

• Min 5 years of experience in account management, with expertise in managing key accounts and leading teams.
• Strong background in e-commerce, logistics, and supply chain management contract logistics knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and independence.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
