Job Description

The Key Account Manager (International) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key global clients, driving revenue, and ensuring long-term business partnerships. The role involves strategic account planning, market expansion, and cross-border coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with key international clients and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities in global markets
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned regions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for smooth order execution
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with international clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Handle forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
