As an Asst / Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Support e-Commerce Manager in the channel/ customer's thinking, to develop and implement channel/ customer's strategies with a horizon of 6 - 18 months.
  • Contribute to Integrated Commercial Planning by jointly developing channel/ customer plan with e-Business Manager with a horizon of 6 – 18 months
  • Understand and drive platform and consumer's insights and develipment
  • Owns eComm/Digital Market DSS scorecard

A day in the life of a Asst / Key Account Manager...

  • Manage strategic relationships with key eCommerce platforms and online retailers to drive sustainable growth
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to deliver P&L targets, owns account P&L, including pricing, promotions, sales, and trade investments
  • Drive assortment expansion, pricing competitiveness, and promotional effectiveness
  • Ensure excellence in digital shelf, including product listings, content quality, and search visibility
  • Plan and optimize digital marketing activities (e.g., platform ads, search, display, and affiliate) to drive traffic, conversion, and ROAS
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain) to align and execute business plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and implement eCommerce best practices

What Will Make You Successful...

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce sales development, including key account management, content and digital media execution
  • Proven experience in FMCG within a digital or eCommerce environment, with strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving growth
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset with strong adaptability, resilience, and ownership of business outcomes
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners
