Salary: 120,000 - 200,000 THB/month. Location: Rayong or Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets in ASEAN.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key automotive clients and partners.
- Lead business development efforts and optimize profitability.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Oversee financial administration and ensure timely revenue collections.
- Address challenges and collaborate with stakeholders for alignment.
- Potentially lead and mentor a small team, supporting their development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7-10 years in sales and marketing within automotive manufacturing, with managerial experience.
- Fluent in Thai, English, and Mandarin Chinese (HSK 5 or above).
- Willing to travel internationally up to 50% within ASEAN.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
