Key Account Executive (German Speaking)

Job Description

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, upselling opportunities, and account expansion initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Act as the primary contact point for customers and provide professional account servicing and support.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions and services.
• Prepare account plans, quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or customer relationship management.
• Strong client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and writtenGerman, English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is an advantage.
