Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the growth of online users of financial group customers. Based on the user life cycle and core scene characteristics, build an advertising operation system that serves the organization's target groups such as new acquisition and activation, and be responsible for the organization's customer acquisition-related indicators 2. Internally expand the user growth cooperation model of various business scenarios within the Douyin Group ecosystem, continue to tap traffic within the ecosystem, and be responsible for the organization's customer acquisition conversion efficiency 3. Design customer growth strategies for launched products, use data to drive the continuous improvement of product operation strategies, promote iterative upgrades and conversion rate improvements on the product side, and implement new traffic growth gameplay/scenarios 4. Have the perspective of data interaction in the launch industry, study and judge user growth business trends, organize launch data attribution logic, and create a sustainable and reliable online user growth ecosystem of Bank of China.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of financial related experience, regardless of platform 2. Priority will be given to those with Party A background experience in the financial industry 3. Sensitive to Internet product data, with excellent operational capabilities, and able to conduct in-depth insights into products and market conditions 4. Strong planning capabilities, multi-threaded product management capabilities, and organizational coordination capabilities 5. Be proactive, have strong sense of teamwork, be good at communication and expression, and have strong ability to withstand pressure.
