The Role

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger reconciliations, accurate and timely recording of transactions, and coordination with financial subsystems. The position supports quarterly close activities and the preparation of financial statements, while providing documentation for compliance and audit requirements. Responsibilities also include vendor payment processing across the Americas and Singapore regions, credit card reconciliations, fixed asset tracking and documentation, and responding to payment-related inquiries. The role will also perform general accounting duties and support ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Accountancy, ACCA qualification, or an equivalent certification, with some audit experience. You are meticulous, analytical, independent, and self motivated, with strong communication abilities and excellent written proficiency in English. The role also requires solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
