The APAC Product Creation team is responsible for bringing innovative and guest-centric products to life, partnering across Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Quality, Sourcing, and Production teams from concept through commercialization. We work closely with regional and global partners to deliver high-quality products that meet guest needs while balancing product performance, quality, speed to market, and business objectives.
As a highly collaborative and fast-paced team, we manage the end-to-end product creation process, including product development, sourcing, costing, fit and wear testing, quality management, production readiness, and commercialization. We partner closely with our vendor network across Asia to drive innovation, solve complex product challenges, and ensure products are successfully launched into bulk production.

Under the mentorship & partnership of the senior technical developers you develop the line from tech pack hand-off to the production of garments.
- Maintain style data integrity and accuracy in Flex PLM and other relevant systems
- Organize daily workflow that adheres to GTM deliverables & development timelines
- Set up and oversee the style or group of styles
- Responsible for the execution of styles from concept through to production Readiness
- Assist in the preparation and note taking in meetings as required
- Measure and evaluate development samples prior to fit session (Proto / SR / Pre-Production samples) based on the Tech Pack
- With guidance from a Senior Technical Developer updated style measurements, construction details in line with fit comment SOP to vendors and or in house team
- Communicate the outcome of fittings and actions needed with cross functional and vendor partners
- Enter and update as required any technical trims in BOM ensuring accuracy
- Maintain costing data integrity and accuracy in Bamboo Rose and other relevant systems
- Create and initiate sample requests when required inclusive of measurements templates in partnership with TD
- Takes a proactive approach to advancing product development knowledge through mentorship and training from product development peers
- Seek guidance from Senior Technical Developers and Quality Development peers to read lab test reports and demonstrate ability to adjust construction to mitigate risk of failure
- Support in the creation and maintenance of fit and construction standards and protocols
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience focused training in Product Management, Product Development or relevant experience preferred
- Product Development or relevant experience preferred
- 2 + years minimum industry experience (preferably within the Technical and Product Development departments)
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel/Word/Outlook), Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Flex PLM or similar PLM software is recommended
- Attention to detail, initiative, organization, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comprehension of end-to-end product lifecycles
