About the job:
- Software development, solution design, and testing of internet banking and mobile banking systems
- Evaluate scenarios and recommend optimal business and IT solutions.
- Design and document business solutions using Avaloq tools and methodologies.
- Implementation of new and maintenance of existing functionality
- Integration with other third-party application and core banking systems
- Development based on guidelines and standards
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality
- Work closely with team members and provide active contribution to build up the new team
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle
- Travel might be required for education purposes or specific project activities
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of at least one higher programming language and object-oriented concepts
- Knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle, PL/SQL)
- Experience with web-oriented technologies is an advantage (JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS)
- Familiarity with Avaloq Core Banking System (certification is a plus).
- Analytical, structured, and efficient way of working
- Interested in banking and financial industry
- Can fluently speak and write in English
- Entrepreneurial spirit
