Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Taipei City (NO EXCEPTIONS)
The Junior Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of senior consultants to interact directly with C-level executives (Chairmen and CEOs) of public-listed and private companies. You will assist in shaping and executing strategic narratives for capital markets, with the long-term goal of developing into a client-facing Capital Market Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include creating and analyzing financial models.
- Organize and prepare presentations that explain industry trends, assess clients situations to provide the necessary financial advice, and recommend strategies to meet client goals.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, and must be a flexible, adaptable, analytical thinker who brings a comprehensive knowledge of capital markets and a strong interest in financial services.
Qualifications
- Professional Background: We welcome candidates with experience in Securities Research, Investment Banking, or Underwriting.
- Capital Market Passion: A strong enthusiasm for capital markets and a desire to help Taiwanese enterprises go global.
- Soft Skills: Must be proactive, highly detail-oriented, and possess strong resilience and teamwork abilities.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and market trends.
- Effective Communication: Excellent report writing and presentation skills, capable of professional engagement with high-level stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Must be located in Taipei City, Taiwan
- Regional Knowledge: Knowledge of the Greater China capital market is a strong advantage.
