Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in acquiring new clients and developing business opportunities across the real estate and financial services sectors.
2. Identify and connect with prospective clients, including real estate developers, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
3. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
4. Build and maintain client relationships to understand their funding requirements and business needs.
5. Support funding opportunity sourcing, deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction closures.
6. Assist in managing the transaction lifecycle, from initial prospecting and lead generation to deal execution.
7. Support the preparation of pitch books, transaction proposals, financial projections, and cash flow statements.
8. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Junior RM: Around 2 years of work experience, with strong communication skills and experience in cold calling.
• Strong networking, relationship management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing stakeholders effectively.
• Female candidates only.

Salary Range: 8–10 LPA, depending on experience.
