Junior PMS System Developer

Short Description:

Looking for the Junior PMS System Developer who can

1. contributes to detailed functional specifications and takes care of technical specifications within the

framework of projects and/or application maintenance;

2. Specifically supports the implementation of application and technical software, and contributes to

maintaining and improving quality and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Contributes to detailed functional specifications and takes care of technical specifications within the

framework of projects and/or application maintenance

 It shall be in accordance with the user requirement, design and implementation programs.

 According to the clear operating procedures, methods, manuals, guiding the implementation of

the work.

 Develops programs according to and comply with the expected schedule, cost and quality ▪

 Alerts superiors if there are risks can't meet the schedule, cost and quality

 Ensures compliance with and the implementation of norms and standards (rules, standards,

etc.)

 Contributes to the different test and acceptance phases, according to the relevant schedule, and

implements the necessary corrections to any defects

 Draft the release file and monitor its release

 Specifically supports the implementation of application and technical software, and contributes to

maintaining and improving quality and performance

 He/she must have the basic professional knowledge, technology and experience to judge and

make operational decisions

 The ability to solve and find out the on-line problems.

 Contributes to suggestions for improvement within his/her activity area

 Update document and process accordingly.

Skills /Competencies:

Essential:

1. Education: Bachelor

2. Subject: Information

3. 12 years development and maintenance experience

4. technical skills: Object-Oriented Program (Java, .Net, DB scripting), Crystal Report, MS Office

5. Certificates: LOMA 280 & 290

6. language: Mandarin & English (Speaking, listening, reading, writing)

Preferred:

1. The primary technology used is GraphTalk. All successful candidates will be required to undergo

training after joining.

2. Less than 2 years of life insurance core system development experience, or

3. Less than 3 years of overall software development experience.
