We+ is seeking a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our team and work on-site at the office of our client, a leading international bank, located in Taipei 101.
The freelance role involves providing front-line support for office IT operations and collaborating with the internal Helpdesk Lead.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide user support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office issues.
- Assist with operational troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, and office hardware.
- Set up and configure equipment such as docking stations and monitors.
- Report and update the Helpdesk Lead on support tasks and progress.
- Support general IT onboarding and daily user needs on-site.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proficient with basic operations of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with common office hardware and troubleshooting steps.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively support local users and teams.
- Basic English communication skills are also required for reporting and collaboration in an international environment.
- Must be available to work on-site at Taipei 101 on Mondays and Tuesdays; Wednesday support is on-demand.
