Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users to understand processes and gather functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to support solution design.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend enhancements or functional improvements.
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive functional documentation.
- Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases (functional testing).
- Conduct system, integration, UAT, and regression testing to validate solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, including logging, tracking, and retesting.
- Support users during UAT and ensure timely sign-off.
- Assist with deployment and provide post-go-live support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to effort estimation, planning, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of SAP functional experience.
- Must have experience working in healthcare projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
