• Discover core business demands by asking targeted questions, pinpointing operational gaps, and converting findings into actionable, development-ready user stories.

• Manage diverse stakeholder perspectives, lead backlog refinement sessions, align business and engineering teams, and secure necessary approvals.

• Evaluate end-to-end workflows to build functional system designs while considering platform limits, data architecture, integrations, and downstream effects.

• Evaluate existing operations, pinpoint user needs, and map out target states to align organizational strategy with technical capabilities.

• Conduct research, collect data, and synthesize insights to drive decision-making.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven ability to extract business requirements, formulate incisive questions, identify gaps, and craft clear user stories ready for implementation.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading alignment sessions, handling varied priorities, and securing sign-offs across technical and non-technical teams.

• Solid functional and solution design expertise, with a deep grasp of end-to-end processes, data flows, system constraints, and integration impacts.

• Hands-on experience analyzing organizational processes, evaluating business models, assessing current operations, and designing future-state technical solutions.

• Excellent research, data-gathering, and analytical synthesis capabilities.
