Role Overview
We are seeking a
License Compliance Advisory Specialist (Junior/Senior) to support our License Compliance and Advisory Services function in Taiwan. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about software licensing, risk management, and enterprise operations.
You do not need prior experience in license compliance. What matters most is your
discipline, clarity of thinking, and ability to communicate professionally in English and Chinese. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world compliance engagements and close mentorship from senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Support & Analysis
- Engage in license compliance activities, including advisory, usage assessments, and anti-piracy initiatives
- Negotiate fair resolutions and ensure timely closure of engagements
- Help interpret licensing information, transaction records, and usage data under guidance from senior team members.
- Support advisory and educational initiatives aimed at promoting proper software usage.
Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare internal reports, summaries, and dashboards for management review.
- Create clear, well-structured presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides) to support stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all written deliverables.
Coordination & Execution
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Track engagement milestones, action items, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with internal processes.
Communication & Stakeholder Support
- Participate in internal and external communications, including emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Chinese, both in writing and verbal interactions.
- Support senior team members in stakeholder meetings by preparing materials and notes.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome.
- Prior exposure to software licensing, compliance, audit, or risk-related work is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with data analysis or BI tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with structured data, documents, and reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
