We are looking for a Java Software Consultant who is interested in transitioning into a client-facing Pre-Sales role. This position combines technical expertise with business consulting, working closely with sales teams and clients to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Provide solution consulting and technical recommendations based on Java technologies.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, and effort estimations.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and participate in client meetings.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Java software development, solution consulting, or technical consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and system integration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in pre-sales, solution consulting, or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in banking, government, insurance, or enterprise projects is an advantage.
