- Reconciliation
- Experience with payment webhooks, asynchronous processing, retries, idempotency, timeout handling, and payment failure scenarios.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS, API security, encryption, tokenization, OAuth/API authentication, and secure payment-data handling.
- US payment experience with Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Authorize.net, Worldpay, Fiserv, Cybersource, PayPal, or similar providers is highly desirable.
- India payment experience with Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, CCAvenue, BillDesk, UPI, or similar providers is highly desirable.
- Experience with ACH, card payments, 3DS, network tokens, card-on-file, account updater, recurring payments, and payment orchestration is a strong plus.

- Own payment integration architecture and technical design.
- Lead integrations with multiple external payment providers.
- Mentor engineers and drive code and design reviews.
- Work directly with product, security, operations, and external payment-provider teams.
- Lead production troubleshooting, payment incident resolution, certification, and integration readiness
