Java Lead Developer
Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Design, develop, and support scalable microservices for a high-performance enterprise platform.
- Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical proof of concepts with senior engineering leadership.
- Own quality through test automation, CI/CD practices, and performance optimization.
- Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build distributed systems using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs.
- Implement scalable cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/GCP with robust database integration.
- Drive agile development practices, document design, and manage complex software challenges.
- Present architecture diagrams (e.g., C4 model), conduct design discussions, and guide system scalability and resiliency.
