Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of software development experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus, API development, AWS, Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, CI/CD, and exposure to Generative AI tools, Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), and automation.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while contributing to modern cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and/or Quarkus.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
- Work across the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to improve software development productivity, automation, code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services and serverless architectures.
- Work with AWS Serverless, ROSA/OpenShift, ElastiCache, Aurora, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and AWS CodePipeline or equivalent DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Identify opportunities for automation across development, testing, deployment, and operational processes.
- Follow best practices for secure, scalable, maintainable, and high-performance application development.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Java: Minimum 8 years
- Spring Boot / Quarkus: Minimum 8 years
- API Development: Minimum 6 years
- AWS: Minimum 5 years, including:
- Serverless
- ROSA / OpenShift
- Amazon ElastiCache
- Amazon Aurora
- PostgreSQL
- TypeScript / JavaScript: Minimum 3 years
- Angular: Minimum 3 years
- Git / CI/CD / AWS CodePipeline: Minimum 3 years
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools
- Strong understanding of PDLC and software development methodologies
- Experience implementing automation in software development or delivery processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Experience with enterprise application integration and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate
A hands-on Senior/Lead-level Java Full Stack Developer who can work across backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, and AI-assisted development, with strong experience building and deploying enterprise-grade applications on AWS.
