Japanese speaking Sales Manager

Our client, an innovative leader in aluminum foil packaging solutions, is looking for a high calibre candidate to fulfil the above-mentioned position. Details are as follows:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies, sales plans, and work schedules to achieve team sales targets.
2. Manage the daily operations of the international sales team (focusing on the Japanese market) and establish and improve the regional sales management system.
3. Expand the international market (specifically the Japanese market) and drive product sales, while effectively managing and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Oversee overseas orders and business processes, including evaluation, tracking, management, and risk management.
5. Lead and assist the international sales team, providing training and guidance to help team members efficiently meet performance goals.
6. Handle international business negotiations and oversee their execution.

Requirements:

1. DegreeinInternationalTrade,Marketing,orrelatedfieldspreferred.
2. FluentinJapanese,EnglishandMandarin.
3. Atleast8yearsofforeigntradesalesexperience,including3+yearsofforeigntradesalesteammanagementexperience.
4. Internationalsalesexperienceinthealuminumprocessingorfoodpackagingindustriespreferred
5. Demonstratedteammanagementexperience,highenthusiasm,self-motivation,stronglearningcapability,independentbusinessdevelopment,strategicplanning/management,executionskills,andatrackrecordofstellarsalesperformance.
6. Willingnesstotravelabroadforclientvisits.
