Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders on mobility documents, processes, vendor services, and digitalization.
- Able to grasp Global Mobility Principles for excellent execution and implementation of global programs, framework, and processes in designated locations in partnership with local or global HR & Mobility teams.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Global and Regional HR & Mobility team to ensure that global and local programs are well aligned and executed.
- Be aware of compliance challenges and be able to raise it to supervisor for further investigation to plan for solutions.
- Understand the impact of income tax and social security treaties and be able to identify potential double tax / social security implications for International Assignment.
- Ensure payroll risk free data process flow, accuracy and on time delivery with payroll team.
- Own communication and training of all Global Mobility topics in assigned countries unless delivered globally.
- Deliver change management and relevant communication of Global Mobility assigned programs and processes.
- Ensure compliance of Global Mobility programs and processes and partner with Internal Audit and Internal Controls for risk management.
- Manage internal operation effectiveness & efficiency and achieve assignee best experience.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
Education & Professional Experience
- Degree: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of international work experience in Global Mobility.
- Languages: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
