During the two-year training period, trainees will rotate across various teams within the IT department, gaining exposure to key systems and participating in digital transformation projects. This hands-on experience, combined with professional knowledge, builds strong business acumen. Job Requirements

• Final-year university students or recent university graduates majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data, Aviation, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
• Passionate about the aviation sector and committed to a long-term career in the IT industry.
• Innovative mindset with an ability to adapt and stay updated on emerging IT technologies.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skill and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
