WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Team management. Define teams mid-term of objectives and strategy. Supervise and guide team members. Plan and control teams projects and tasks.
- Implement and maintain information system in local level in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage, support and coordinate on relevant internal and external projects, such as office activities, and including global project local implementations.
- Communicate with local management and business team to understand business IT infra requirements and provide corresponding IT infra solutions.
- Ensure the compliance and Information Security aspects of applicable of regulations.
- Provide end user support
- Asset management
- Prepares and manages budget. Tracks the costs and spending vs budget.
- Study new technologies and initiative changes to provide better and cheaper infra solutions.
- Properly enforcing corporate IT policies and guidelines
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Support to office / warehouse activities
- Vendor management
- Report IT activities with entity management and IT management in the event of crisis
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Manage technical documentations
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- University diploma required
- At least 2 years of leadership scope with five -year related job experiences
- Project Management certification is a plus
