Our client is a global leader in digital payment and employee benefit solutions, operating across multiple regions with strong growth in Asia. The Taiwan business unit is expanding rapidly, creating a need for a security leader to strengthen governance and product security capabilities.
Job Description
- Lead local cybersecurity governance including KPIs, roadmap, and budget planning
- Drive ISO 27001 certification and continuous compliance
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify and mitigate security risks
- Conduct threat modeling and security design reviews in early development stages
- Promote secure SDLC practices across development teams
- Support security audits, incident response, and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate with regional and global security teams across APAC and Europe
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (governance or engineering background)
- Strong experience in ISO 27001 governance, audit, or certification
- Hands-on exposure to application / product security (threat modeling, SDLC security)
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS / Azure)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
