The role will take ownership and drive sales for targeted specialisms and sectors, making it an ideal role for IT Solutions Sales to further their career & portfolio.
The Job:
- Build and expand client relationships across specialized sectors.
- Strategize and implement sales plans to achieve & exceed assigned targets.
- Understand client priorities and uncover new business opportunities leveraging market and stakeholder insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams to shape solutions & convert leads and opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring long-term engagement & value delivery.
- Account penetration through strategic account development and management
- Develop and maintain account strategies, including stakeholder mapping and pipeline planning.
- Support and manage responses to tenders (RFP/RFQ/RFI), working cross-functionally.
- Coordinate end-to-end bid activities, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and competitive.
The Candidate:
- University degree holder
- At least 8+ years of experience in BD or IT Solution Sales.
- Track record working with corporate clients in respective specialisms.
- Familiarity with IT services, consulting, or system integrators, technology providers.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute account growth strategies.
- Experience working with both business and technical decision-makers.
- Hands-on involvement in bid management, including pre-qualification and tender submissions.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good commercial awareness and acument in discovering business opportunities.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
