IT Regional Technician

We welcome engineers with prior experience in Automation or fresh engineering graduates with a strong desire to learn. Job Duties:

1. Support IT operations for APAC, providing remote technical assistance.

2. Provide IT support (A+, Network+, MCTS, CCENT) and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

3. Maintain and monitor IT systems, including servers, networks, backups, and security protocols.

4. Manage IT assets and system operations to ensure smooth business functions.

5. Monitor system performance, analyze issues, and implement improvements.

6. Participate in IT projects such as new system implementation, upgrades, and documentation.

7. Arrange hardware equipment for new hires and departing employees.
