JOB SUMMARY
To provide frontline IT support and operational assistance for systems, devices, users, and digital tools, while supporting IT projects, documentation, and routine administrative tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Frontline IT Support & Administration
- Provide first-level support for user issues relating to hardware, software, printers, network access, meeting room devices, and standard business applications.
- Perform routine setup, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PCs, laptops, phones, user accounts, and peripheral devices.
- Update ticket records, asset registers, checklists, and user documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage Application systems and understand data flow across business functions.
2. Operational Support for Systems & Projects
- Support system administration activities, testing, data updates, user onboarding, and routine monitoring tasks for ERP, SharePoint, workflow tools, and related platforms.
- Assist in project rollout activities such as preparing user guides, conducting basic training support, coordinating equipment readiness, and following up on action items.
- Escalate unresolved issues, recurring incidents, and control gaps promptly to the Senior Executive or Senior Manager.
3. Compliance, Housekeeping & Continuous Learning
- Follow established IT policies, SOPs, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection practices in daily work.
- Support inventory checks, preventive maintenance schedules, file organization, and audit preparation activities.
- Build technical knowledge and work capability through on-the-job learning, training, and guidance from senior team members.
- To understand internal business process and propose IT solutions to optimize workflow
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of IT support or relevant experience.
- Relevant certificate in IT would be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills to provide IT support for all level of users.
- Willingness to provide on-site and remote IT support as needed.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and keep up with emerging technologies.
- Able to work on ad-hoc IT projects and system upgrades.
