IT / MIS Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Product & System Operations

• Perform daily testing of online products and identify basic technical issues

• Monitor system operations and review logs to identify potential problems

• Perform initial troubleshooting and basic debugging

• Categorize, document, and report technical issues to the R&D team

• Assist with basic QA testing and product validation

Technical Support

• Assist customer service teams with initial technical troubleshooting

• Support maintenance engineers with initial problem identification and troubleshooting

• Coordinate with R&D teams to track and resolve technical issues

IT & Cloud Operations

• Manage company domains, DNS, GCP permissions, and related IT resources

• Manage office hardware and provide basic IT support

• Assist with Linux system operations and basic Bash commands

Internal Tools & Automation

• Develop and maintain simple internal scripts and tools to improve work efficiency

Other Responsibilities

• Support R&D and other teams on technical tasks as needed

• Perform other duties assigned by the R&D team and management
