Our client is a fast-growing retail & F&B group operating hundreds of locations nationwide. The organization is undergoing rapid expansion and is actively investing in digital capabilities, omnichannel customer experiences, and enterprise systems modernization.

Job Description

  • Define and execute the company's IT roadmap, including digital transformation, AI adoption, and enterprise architecture planning.
  • Lead system development, integration, and optimization across POS, ERP, CRM, App, ordering, and membership platforms.
  • Oversee new store openings and store closures, ensuring seamless deployment of IT infrastructure, POS systems, and operational tools.
  • Manage cross-department digital projects, ensuring successful delivery, user adoption, and measurable business impact.
  • Establish and maintain strong information security frameworks to protect business operations and customer data.
  • Lead and develop a team of 5-8 IT professionals; manage IT budgets, vendors, and annual departmental KPIs.
  • Improve operational efficiency through technology, automation, and process standardization.

The Successful Applicant


  • 8+ years of experience in IT management within retail, F&B, or multi-site chain businesses (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of POS, ERP, CRM, membership systems, and store-level operational workflows.
  • Proven experience leading App development or digital marketing-related technology projects.
  • Solid knowledge of modern software architecture (MVC, Web API, microservices, front-end/back-end frameworks).
  • Hands-on familiarity with Oracle and/or MS SQL databases.
  • Demonstrated understanding of payment flows, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as ERP suites, common POS platforms, and project management methodologies is highly preferred.
