Job Purpose
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven IT Manager / Assistant Manager to lead our digital transformation and infrastructure optimization. This role is pivotal in aligning our IT strategy with our aggressive 2026 business expansion, ensuring that our technical architecture—ranging from SAP ERP to MES and Information Security—is scalable, secure, and globally integrated.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the corporate IT roadmap to ensure technology initiatives directly support Amphenol LTW's long-term business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily IT operations to guarantee high availability, reliability, and performance of all corporate technical services.
- Global Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison for international teams and partners, facilitating seamless cross-border communication and project execution.
- Information Security & Compliance: Architect and monitor robust cybersecurity frameworks to ensure data integrity, system security, and strict adherence to global compliance standards.
- SAP ERP Optimization: Lead the management and continuous improvement of the SAP ERP ecosystem to streamline business processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- System Development & Architecture: Drive the design and implementation of scalable software solutions and system architectures to meet future enterprise demands.
- Talent Development: Mentor and lead the IT team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and high productivity.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: * Proven track record in system development and complex architectural planning.
- Direct experience leading Power BI, MES, and WMS implementation projects.
- Language Proficiency: * English: Native or Full Professional Proficiency (Fluent in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is mandatory for global collaboration.
- Technical Stack:
- Development: ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio.
- Database: MS SQL Server.
- Enterprise Systems: SAP (Core Module Management), MES, WMS.
- Infrastructure & Security Skills:
- Server and Website Administration/Maintenance.
- Data Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning.
- Network Security Systems (Installation, Maintenance, Firewall Planning/Management).
- Network Crisis Management and Incident Response.
