Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Applications Management
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and ensure applications support business processes.
- Manage application upgrades, integrations, and performance to ensure seamless functionality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business units regarding application-related issues and enhancements.
2. IT Infrastructure Management
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure systems.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
3. Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic IT partner to business units, understanding their goals and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure IT initiatives align with business priorities.
- Provide regular updates to business stakeholders on IT projects, performance, and value delivery.
4. Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Respond to and resolve security incidents in a timely manner.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs for team development.
6. Strategic Planning & Innovation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute IT strategies that support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology innovations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive digital transformation.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and business partnering in a complex environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM etc..) and their integration.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), virtualization, and networking.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and DevOps.
