Job Description

• Lead site services and infrastructure operations across Taiwan and regional locations.
• Manage infrastructure projects, vendors, budgets, and operational performance.
• Ensure availability, security, and reliability of server, network, and end-user environments.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure improvements.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or enterprise support environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, servers, Active Directory, security, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
• Comfortable communicating with regional and global teams in English.
