IT Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
• Design, implement, and support identity, security, and collaboration platforms
• Ensure compliance with IM8 and internal IT policies and standards
• Manage daily operations, system performance, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
• Automate processes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure (identity, security, or collaboration domains)
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender, Purview, and security tools (DLP, EDR, EPP)
• Hands-on experience with M365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) or Google Workspace
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
• Good understanding of cloud and on-premises environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in vendor management is an advantage
• Relevant certifications (e.g. SC-100, SC-300, MS-500, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus
