Responsibilities
1. According to IT strategy and development planning, design a comprehensive and advanced office network infrastructure, including network architecture, server architecture, storage system, data center layout, etc., to ensure that the architecture has high availability, performance and scalability 2. Evaluate and select appropriate network equipment, servers, storage equipment and other hardware resources, as well as operating systems, database management systems and other software platforms, and formulate detailed deployment plans 3. Coordinate the work of internal teams (such as network engineers, system administrators, security experts, etc.) and external suppliers to promptly solve problems and risks that arise during project implementation 4. Responsible for the implementation and implementation of the team's key projects, and ensure that the projects advance steadily and achieve expected results 5. Regularly conduct performance evaluation and analysis of the office network infrastructure to discover potential performance bottlenecks and security risks, promptly propose optimization suggestions and promote implementation 6. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer science, network engineering, communication engineering and other related majors, more than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, planning and management (including networks, servers, virtualization, management tools, etc.). Applicants with experience in complex office network architecture design and implementation are preferred 2. Proficient in basic network knowledge, including TCP/IP protocol, routing and switching technology, wireless network technology etc., be familiar with network topology and the selection, configuration and management of network equipment master SD-WAN, SDN, network virtualization and other emerging network technologies, and have practical project implementation and management experience 3. Be familiar with the principles, configuration and optimization methods of common office network protocols and services such as DHCP and Radius be familiar with server architecture and operating systems, such as Windows Server, Linux, etc., and master server virtualization technology (such as VMware, KVM, containers, etc.) and cloud computing technology 4. Have good network security knowledge, be familiar with security equipment and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs, and be able to formulate and implement effective network security strategies have good performance analysis and troubleshooting capabilities, and be able to use appropriate analysis tools for network diagnosis and optimization 5. Have automated operation and maintenance thinking, and be proficient in using network topology design tools, system monitoring tools and automated operation and maintenance tools be familiar with common IT monitoring tools and platforms, such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc., and have rich experience in tool use and configuration 6.
