Network Support: manages and maintains the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other networking devices.
System Support: responsible for managing servers, operating systems, and system software. And ensures that necessary practice configurations, and security measures are in place to facilitate access controls.
Service Support: assist end user with technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related problems. Provide guidance to users in navigating and using various IT systems, applications, and tools. Help with software installations, account setups, password resets, and other user-related inquiries.
Security Support: responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, monitoring network activities, conduct risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities and assessing compliance with internal policies and best practices.
Job Requirements
Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to read and comprehend English texts to evaluate AI responses based on context.
Clear and concise writing skills to document findings and explain inconsistencies.
High attention to detail when reviewing and validating written content.
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
Basic familiarity with running simple Python scripts is an advantage (no programming or development skill required).
