We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Service Delivery Manager to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure service commitments are met and operational issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of day-to-day service delivery operations and client engagements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service levels and customer expectations are achieved
- Monitor service performance, track incidents, and follow up on issue resolution
- Assist in preparing service reports, documentation, and operational reviews
- Manage customer communications and maintain positive client relationships
- Support service improvement initiatives and process optimization activities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks
- Escalate service issues where necessary and assist in driving resolution
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Delivery, Service Management, IT Operations, Customer Support, or a related function
- Experience supporting service delivery activities and customer-facing operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, managed services, or infrastructure support environments
- Exposure to ITIL processes or service management frameworks
- Experience in incident management, service reporting, or operational coordination
