Job Title: IPC Product Division Head / Product Division Manager (Industrial PC Business)
About the Role
ADLINK Technology is seeking a visionary and hands-on IPC Product Division Head to lead our Industrial PC (IPC) product business. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the division's product strategy, managing a high-performing product management team, and driving ADLINK's next-generation IPC solutions that power industrial automation and Edge AI applications worldwide.
The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, bringing deep industry insight, strong customer orientation, and proven experience in building competitive product portfolios in the IPC or industrial computing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and Execute Strategy: Develop and implement the IPC product division's strategy, roadmap, and portfolio plan aligned with ADLINK's corporate goals and evolving market trends.
- Drive Innovation and Differentiation: Lead product definition, design, and go-to-market planning to deliver innovative, high-reliability IPC platforms that meet the needs of industrial and Edge AI applications.
- Hands-On Product Leadership: Remain actively engaged in product planning and executionincluding defining specifications, reviewing designs, managing product lifecycles, and supporting key customer engagements.
- Market and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on technology trends, customer demands, and competitor movements, with a strong focus on China and global IPC markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and sales teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and on-schedule product delivery.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Lead strategic RFQ/RFP processes, support design-win activities, and strengthen relationships with ecosystem partners and key accounts.
- Portfolio Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecyclefrom concept and NPI to volume production and end-of-lifebalancing innovation with business profitability.
- Marketing and Go-to-Market Enablement: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product positioning, sales tools, and launch campaigns to accelerate market adoption.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and empower a professional PM team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the industrial PC or embedded computing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional product development and market introduction of IPC or industrial computing solutions.
- Deep understanding of the IPC ecosystem, including customer segments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, industrial automation, robotics, and IoT).
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills, with the ability to turn vision into measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to executives, customers, and partners across regions.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
